The honey is produced by our own bees within field free from herbicides and pesticides. The entire honey production is carried out by us. As soon as the orange blossom is over, we bring them to the mountains near Burgos where they pollinate the flowers of the mountains and collect nectar of heather and oak.

Location
An obligatory stop in related to the transhumance with our bees are the mountains of Burgos. After the orange blossom is over we bring the beehives to the mountains at a heigt of 1000m where nature is still as pure as it ca be.
Storage and Shelf Life
Pure honey does not have an expiry date. It might cristallize after a while. In order to make it liquid again, put it for a short time in a bain-marie.

Taste
Intensive and floral aroma. This honey is sweet, combined with a light acid and clear malty touch.
Our oranges are now enjoying their well deserved summer hibernation, so unfortunately we can't offer you any oranges...
But don't worry, because right now, for the first time ever, we are offering delicious pumpkins from our summer garden!
