In your box you will receive the ingredients that form the base of one of the most traditional summer dishes in Spanish cuisine: el gazpacho.

In the box you will find 2.5 kg of pear tomatoes, cucumbers and a head of garlic, all from our garden, plus half a liter of our EVOO.

The products you receive are grown in the open air and this morning we picked them directly from the plant. You receive them fresh, just as we harvested them, without any post-harvest treatment. They are grown without pesticides and we ship them to you without passing through refrigerators. We place them in a recycled cardboard box, no plastic! and the same day in the afternoon we deliver them to the carrier.

In a cool and ventilated place they can last 2 weeks in good conditions. Tomatoes are climacteric fruits, they are harvested when they reach physiological maturity but continue to evolve until the point of consumption after harvest. It is normal that some of the fruits arrive hard so that you can take advantage of them for a longer period of time. You can keep them at room temperature until they reach the optimum point of consumption.
