Special Characteristics
A fruity vinaigrette with a slightly tangy-sweet flavor and a nectar-like (semi-liquid) texture, where you can also spot small pieces of the clementine peel, adding a unique citrus flavor. This vinaigrette pairs wonderfully with our extra virgin olive oil from Campillo de Julia. We recommend it for salads, toasts, or any meat or fish dish, as its sweet, tangy, and refreshing notes complement traditional stews perfectly. Shake before use.
