The honey is produced by our own bees within field free from herbicides and pesticides. The entire honey production is carried out by us. In April and May the beehives are situated between the orange trees and the bees pollinate the orange blossoms.

Location
The orange blossom honey is produced in our own plantation of Naranjas del Carmen in Valencia in April and May, when we pick the last oranges of the season and the typical white flowers of the orange trees appear. Only in a short period of time the Valencian air is full of the typical intensive aroma of the orange blossoms. During these few weeks, the bees live the best moment of the year as they are busy working on the collection of the nectar of the orange blossoms.
Shelf Life
Pure honey does not have an expiry date. It might cristallize after a while. In order to make it liquid again, put it for a short time in a bain-marie.
Taste, Colour and Aroma
Sweet with an intensive and persistent acid component. Clear amber and an intensive floral aroma.
Our oranges are now enjoying their well deserved summer hibernation, so unfortunately we can't offer you any oranges...
But don't worry, because right now, for the first time ever, we are offering delicious pumpkins from our summer garden!
