Mixed veggie box

Depending on the season and availability on the day of harvest, we prepare a mixed box with four different vegetables, grown without pesticides or herbicides and in the open air.
What are we growing? Tomato, purple eggplant, cucumber, zucchini, Italian bell pepper, Lamuyo bell pepper, white cauliflower, purple cauliflower, broccoli, romanesco, pointed cabbage, cabbage, kohlrabi, celeriac, fennel, leek, sweet potato and pumpkin.

In your box you will receive a representative selection of four of these vegetables that we can harvest in the field at the time we send it to you, so we cannot adjust or guarantee which varieties you will receive.

You will receive the fresh vegetables as we pick them from the field without any post-harvest treatment. On the day of shipment we go out to harvest the vegetables from our garden first thing in the morning. We pick the ones that are at their optimum ripeness and that are going to resist well the trip. We put them in a recycled cardboard box without plastic! and that same afternoon we deliver them to the carrier.

If you keep them in a fresh and airy place, they can last up to 2 weeks in good condition.
