In your box you will receive at least 4 kg of our seasonal fruits and vegetables that are at their optimum ripeness. You will receive 4 different products. We can’t guarantee the exact box content, as we harvest only what is ripe on the day of shipping.

Regenerative organic farming not only improves the health of our soils, but also allows us to produce more nutritious food.

Poor soil leads to poor-quality food. Soil rich in microbiology, on the other hand, produces food with higher nutritional density—that is, a greater concentration of vitamins, minerals, and bioactive compounds per unit of weight. This is because plants, like any living organism, depend on the environment in which they grow to develop their tissues. Organic matter, microbial diversity, and soil structure directly influence the plants' ability to absorb micronutrients such as zinc, iron, and magnesium.

The same day of the shipment we go out to harvest our fruits and vegetables first thing in the morning. We pick the ones that are at their optimum ripeness and that are going to handle the trip well. We put them in a recycled cardboard box without plastic and that same day in the afternoon we deliver them to the carrier. You will receive the fresh fruits and vegetables just as we picked them without any post-harvest treatment.

This is an ideal quantity for a household of 2 to 4 people. When stored in a cool and well-ventilated place, the fruits and vegetables can stay fresh for up to 2 weeks.
