Mixed box of peach and flat peach<br>(3kg)

Mixed box of peach and flat peach
(3kg)

Box of 3 kg of peaches and flat peaches from regenerative cultivation with organic certificate.
Organoleptic characteristics
This box contains a mix of our different varieties of peaches and flat peaches, depending on the day's harvest.
Our flat peaches are red on the outside and white on the inside. The more they mature, the softer they become. It is a fruit with a fresh and sweet flavor.
We grow two different peaches. The red-skinned peach has a yellow flesh that becomes juicier as it ripens. This fruit is characterised by its juiciness and sweet, fruity flavour.
The yellow-skinned peach also has yellow flesh. This fruit is a firm variety that remains firm even as it ripens. This fruit has a slightly tart flavour and is characterised by its refreshing mouthfeel.

Some fruits may be larger than others, but at Naranjas del Carmen we do not classify fruit by size, so in your box you will find a representative mix of the fruit that is at its optimum ripeness on the day it is harvested.
Harvest Period
Red peach: from mid-May to probably the beginning of June.
Yellow peach: probably from the end of May to mid-June.
Flat peach: from mid-May to probably the end of June.
Time of conservation
1 week in a cool place. Take them out at room temperature before consumption. They are climacteric fruits, they are harvested when they reach physiological maturity but continue to evolve until the point of consumption after harvest. It is normal that some of the fruits arrive hard so that you can make use of them for a longer period of time. You can keep them at room temperature in a paper bag with an apple or a banana until they reach the point of consumption. If you get a fruit ready to eat you can put it in the fridge or eat it at the moment.
