Our Almond and EVOO cream has a creamy texture with small pieces to give it that extra crunch in the mouth, natural flavor with no added sugars or additives. You can take it with fresh fruit, with yogurt, as a topping for your muesli, ice cream, pancakes or desserts, and even savory dishes.

The oils can be separated in a natural way, don't worry! just stir with a spoon until they are mixed. Remember to store the almond cream in a cool, dry place at room temperature.

Campillo de Julia

From March 2023 we have a new challenge: to convert the almond plots of La Mojonada and El Pinar in Campillo de Julia to organic farming and implement regenerative practices on them. These are plots of Constantí, Lauranne and Vairo almond varieties. The location of these plots is ideal due to its altitude, aeration and soil type for the cultivation of almond trees that we grow in dry farming. It is surrounded by mountains in the vicinity of the Sierra de Espadán where our crop benefits from a very diverse Mediterranean flora and fauna: wild boars, roe deer, goats, eagles and bats. The latter is a symbol of our Valencian land.
