Simple recipes with our organic kiwi & clementine vinaigrette

Our clementines and kiwis are grown ecologically and regeneratively in our fields in Valencia. We use sustainable cultivation methods that promote biodiversity and maintain soil health. A variety of plants grow between the trees, attracting beneficial insects and supporting the natural balance. This produces healthy fruit with an intense flavour.

We have made a special vinaigrette from these fruits. It has a delicate sour-sweet flavour and a  nectar-like texture. Small pieces of clementine skin provide a subtle citrus flavour. The vinaigrette combines perfectly with our organic extra virgin olive oil. We recommend it for salads,toasts or meat and fish dishes. It also adds a fresh note to traditional stews.

Ingredients:

  • Salad hearts (alternatively rocket or lamb’s lettuce)
  • Red onion (or spring onion)
  • Green and red pointed peppers 
  • Tomatoes
  • Sweetcorn
  • Salt and pepper

Drizzle with the organic kiwi and clementine vinaigrette and serve as a side dish with grilled dishes.

Hummus Toast

Ingredients:

  • Fresh, toasted bread 
  • Hummus of your choice (we made olive hummus)
  • A few slices of crunchy apple 
  • Firm, fresh cheese (we used queso servilleta)
  • Some extra virgin organic olive oil

Drizzle with the vinaigrette to finish and enjoy as a fresh snack or starter.

Fresh & fruity bowl

Ingredients:

  • Rice or quinoa
  • Fried, marinated tofu or seitan 
  • Broccoli 
  • Artichokes 
  • Fresh lettuce with cherry tomatoes 
  • Red onions (or spring onions)
  • Roasted sesame seeds

To serve, drizzle with extra virgin organic olive oil and our kiwi and clementine vinaigrette and enjoy as a healthy main course.
